Our research team at Twin Butte Coffee developed this blend with the intention of maximizing smooth chocolate characteristics.  It took us a while but we wanted to get it right. Easy does it.  It's a proprietary blend of coffees from both South and Central America.  It is easy to brew using multiple methods and is very forgiving.  You can't really mess it up. The blended coffee characteristics includes Swiss chocolate, milk chocolate, hazelnut, pineapple, and a slight hint of spice. This coffee is complex, rich, and bright.
