This Brazillian origin is a standard specialty quality coffee. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. Since the coffees are dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the coffee's cup profile will be medium to heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.  These beans are grown closer to sea level which means they mature more quickly.  They produce a lighter, less dense bean. It is a specialty grade coffee and produces a fine cup.  This coffee is a workhorse.  It will give you a beautiful cup no matter how you grind or prepare it. It is forgiving and will give you instant barista skills on its own merit.
